Here’s wishing everyone in the confectionery, snacks and bakery industries a very Happy Christmas indeed.
What a remarkable year it’s been in so many respects, which we’ll reflect more on next week, but safe to say, there have been many highlights, from major equipment, systems and finished product launches, through to the live format return of our World Confectionery Conference – which is set to return again to Brussels next September.
