Nestlé UK & Ireland CEO steps down

Dame Fiona Kendrick has stepped down as CEO of Nestlé UK & Ireland, but will continue to serve as chairman providing strategic support to the company.
She will be succeeded by Stefano Agostini, president and CEO of Nestlé Waters Italy. The new appointments will be effective from 1 July.
Kendrick has headed up the UK and Irish market since October 2012, originally joining the company in 1980 in the commercial area and has held a variety of positions both in the UK and globally.
Agostini joined Nestlé in Italy in 1989 as regional sales manager, progressing to national sales director for Nestlé Waters Italy in 2001. In 2004 he transferred to the UK & Ireland market as country business manager for Nestlé Waters UK before returning to Italy three years later to take on his current role.
