European food safety conference

Richard Sprenger, chairman of Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), is to lead the line-up of food safety authorities from across Europe at a national conference on 13 November 2014.

HABC, the UK’s leading provider of compliance qualifications, will be holding the conference at Old Trafford Stadium, Manchester. There will also be a seminar for food safety practitioners, featuring John Barnes, Chairman of HABC, Professor Chris Griffith, editor of the British Food Journal and Professor Patrick Wall, Professor of Public Health, among others.
