Restructured management team

Inclusions specialist Pecan Deluxe Candy has restructured its top management team with several new appointments and promotions in a bid to boost its presence in European and Middle/Far Eastern markets.

The firm has promoted former commercial director Graham Kingston to the position of managing director. In his new role Mr Kingston appointed Andrew Pitt as operations director and Rachael Dunbar as business development manager for Europe. Andrew has taken responsibility for all aspects of operations, including supply chain, production, engineering, stores, and logistics. Rachael has been tasked with developing the company’s presence throughout Europe. She will focus in particular on the firm’s flagship cookie dough and praline products.

In addition, Charlotte Walker has been promoted to the position of UK sales controller and simultaneously has taken on a role in the marketing team.
