This year’s eventful ProSweets and ISM draw to a close today, having placed a strong array of finished products, equipment and ingredients solutions under the spotlight.
Confectionery Production was on hand to report live on proceedings during these two shows, and it was clear that they were very much back on track, after last year’s compact shortened edition.
