Colombia’s Cordillera Chocolate is set to play an expanded role in this year’s World Confectionery Conference, as the event moves to London this September.

Editor Neill Barston speaks exclusively to the company’s team at this year’s Sweets & Snacks Expo, in this video interview, discussing its time at the event, and its clear focus on delivering new products that are sustainably sourced, as well as supporting ecological diversity in its homeland.

For this year’s World Confectionery Conference on 10 September at America Square, London, Natalie Quintero Zuluaga, will now be taking on the challenge of a main presentation, along with participating in the event for our Q&A session on sustainability within the wider sector. (Watch the video to hear from her and her colleagues Daniela Zuluaga Valencia, and Sebastian Alvarez, below).

Registration for our 2026 event are now fully open and can be done via the following direct link to our dedicated website

A full, extended review of this year’s Sweets & Snacks Expo follows in our subsequent edition of Confectionery Production magazine.
