Azelis ingredients group targets success at Fi Europe in Paris

The Azelis ingredients group is set to demonstrate a number of its sector offerings at this year’s Fi Europe event, which opens its doors with more than 1,500 exhibitors participating, writes Neill Barston.
The company will be appearing at the Paris showcase between 2-4 December, at booth 4.0G120, Hall 4, placing a core focus on street food, presenting a selection of creative formulations developed by its Food & Nutrition laboratories across Europe.
As the company noted, visitors to its booth will benefit from: First-hand access to eleven new formulations developed by Azelis Food & Nutrition laboratories in Denmark, France, Greece, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Türkiye, Germany and Poland.
There will be Live kitchen demonstrations offering an interactive tasting experience inspired by street food trends, as well as insights from technical experts on affordability, convenience and better-for-you innovation.
