Equipment group DT&G gears-up for an eventful Interpack show
With decades of experience within the equipment sector, DT&G will be making its way to Interpack, showcasing its Finn Enhanced Coater as a centrepiece for its return to the premier packaging and processing event. The line will be displayed with a stainless steel Drip Bar, load cells, belt heater and a further specially designed Intralox ThermoDrive belt.
As the British-based company explained, data reporting, remote access and dashboard connectivity can be fully viewed as part of the system, all of which assists operators and production managers to obtain maximum efficiency. This machine has capacity of up to 480lbs/220kgs/-309 litres. For more than 60 years, quality and service has been a priority for the business, which has placed a core focus on delivering innovation, offering the highest standard in food safety risk management.
This allows for effective and efficient sanitation with reliable, predictable operational performance. The benefits are less product loss, less down time and increased production. Notably, the company will offer a show debut for its MicroCoater line, featuring its own DST air supply unit for the system. Another highlight will take shape courtesy of Salon Culinaire Table of Honour Award 2023 winner Chris Zammit.
He has designed a special chocolate sculpture to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III which takes place over the opening weekend of Interpack. The company offered thanks to Luker Chocolate for offering supplies for the special project, which the equipment firm added was a great collaboration that showed what could be achieved within the industry. In addition, during the first three days of the trade fair, the company’s dehumidification and air supply expert Nick Szadbey will be with us, with the firm’s automation expert joining the business on the Monday and Tuesday of the show to meet customers. Director Lyn Pitt and production manager Wayne Woods will be on hand to meet visitors to the show across the week, between 4-10 May in Dusseldorf, which looks set to be an especially memorable show.
