Hershey secures spot in DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies list

The Hershey Company has again been included in DiversityInc’s list of top 50 companies for diversity.
Hershey was among two other food companies, The Kellogg Company and McCormick & Company, who have also been included in DiversityInc’s list for at least two years in a row. Hershey moved up from rank #25 in 2019 to rank #21 this year.

The company also noted Hershey’s $1 million commitment to acquire, install and staff a new manufacturing line dedicated to producing face masks to help i the fight against Covid-19.
Commenting on its #21 spot, Hershey stated: “Our diverse and inclusive culture makes the difference across all areas of the business and levels of the company. Across Hershey’s total US salaried workforce, US women earn 0.99 cents on the dollar compared to men. Additionally, five of our 13 Board of Directors are women.
“We create a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees around the world.
