Colombia’s Fatso ethically-sourced chocolate delivers further UK expansion

Colombian ethically focused confectionery brand, Fatso, has continued its UK success in gaining Whole Foods Market presence, weeks after its first supermarket listing, writes Neill Barston.

As previously reported, the premium chocolate producer was recently accepted in Waitrose stores, amid a revival in demand for sustainable luxury product ranges. 

According to the brand, it has now gained a growing status in more than 450 premium independent retailers, cafés and hotels,

The range is made using ethically sourced Colombian dark chocolate through a partnership with Luker Chocolate, the company has built its reputation on delivering chunky bars, bold flavour combinations and playful brand personality.

Whole Foods Market is recognised globally for its focus on high-quality, responsibly sourced products and natural and organic food retail.

Karine Lachapelle, category merchant, grocery at Whole Foods Market, commented: “We are absolutely thrilled to announce the launch of FATSO at Whole Foods Market.
