Siab, the International Exhibition dedicated to bread, pastry, pizza and pasta, ingredients and technologies in the field, will attend Fispal Brazil, the main event of its kind in the country. Siab's major vocation for internationality thereby emerges at top levels thanks to its attendance with a highly representative group show at the most important events in the reference sector.

More specifically, Fispal is the expression of a country experiencing constant development and particularly attentive to evolution in the bakery, pastry, confectionery and pizza sector: a market offering considerable potential and thereby of major interest to Italian producers of machinery for bakery, pastry, confectionery, pasta and pizza.

Siab has always spoken for the markets it represents both as an exhibition platform and as a trait-d’union between producers and consumers always seeking technology and top-level expertise. This is why attendance at Fispal is an important link in creating an approach that expands contacts with a view to the coming tenth edition of Siab.

Given Verona's leadership in the agro-foods field (with Fieragricola, Enolitech, Sol, Eurocarne, Vinitaly, Agrifood and Siab itself), VeronaFiere focuses special attention on attendance at international reference events to create ideal bonds with markets experiencing strong development.

All this with a view to the next appointment of Siab, scheduled in Verona 25-29 May 2013 and set to celebrate its important anniversary of ten editions with many innovations. The next few months, moreover, will see identification and notification of the stop-offs in the "Siab on Tour" event in response to the needs expressed by the market.

The last edition of Siab - International Techno Bake Exhibition attracted 40 thousand visitors and more than 400 exhibitors, over an area of more than 30 thousand square metres. The next edition envisages an upgraded exhibition programme with the precise intention of welcoming all categories – be they directly involved or complementary – involved in the astonishing context of bakery, pastry, confectionery, pasta and pizza: distribution systems, retail and consumption points of sale.
