Cremer Speciaalmachines have been supplying accurate counting machines to the confectionery industry for over 25 years for some of the worlds best known wrapped assortments and lollipop manufacturers and other products such as chewing gum chiclets.
The range of shapes and sizes we can handle is very wide going from large wrapped bars down to tablet sizes.
At the exhibition we will show two main exhibits. One is a demonstration unit which has been shown before, made of clear Plexiglas to show all the working components. The other is a counting module developed from our latest tablet counter for applications in the chewing gum/chiclet industry.
The CF622 module is capable of running a count of 100 chiclets at around 40 discharges per minute and higher for smaller counts. Interestingly, it is narrow and each module can be mounted directly next to another and this has made it suitable for mounting above each nozzle on a horizontal sachet machine or side by side above a vertical bagger. It is fully servo controlled even for the ‘memory flap’ on each counting channel which releases the products into the bag or container.
