A mint move

12 September 2011 – Wild Flavors has acquired certain assets of the AM Todd Group, a leading provider of mint flavours and ingredients based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. AM Todd is globally recognised as the leader for natural mint flavours and value added mint ingredients. The company also has unique technologies surrounding organic flavours and ingredients. With the addition of AM Todd’s product portfolio, Wild will be able to facilitate enhanced growth for its customer base with new business lines while also allowing for expansion into new markets and channels.

Once approved by the shareholders of AM Todd, the completion of the acquisition is scheduled for 31 October 2011.
