ADM collaborations at UK technical centre
29 October 2010 – ADM Cocoa is to hold seminars at its technology centre in the UK. The company opened the deZaan Chocolate Advantage Centre in Liverpool, UK earlier this year to offer customers in the UK and Ireland technical services and support to help them create new cocoa and chocolate products or improve existing ones. The company has opened a similar technical centre in Singapore.
In the centre’s on-site pilot plant and laboratory facilities, ADM will hold customer seminars on topics such as formulation techniques, cocoa market trends and regulatory issues that affect cocoa and chocolate products. One will be held in 2010, with three further one-day events scheduled for 2011. Dates can be obtained by contacting [email protected].
