KeyChoc becomes new academy partner

KeyChoc (part of UK company Keylink) has been appointed as the long term official machinery partner’ of the Barry Callebaut UK Chocolate Academy with immediate effect.

As part of the agreement, KeyChoc will provide a range of machinery for use in the Banbury-based academy comprising:

12 x CH08 melting/holding tanks (for individual workstations)
1 x MM60 moulding machine (for dark chocolate)
1 x MM30 moulding machine (for milk chocolate)
1 x MM15 moulding machine (for white chocolate)
1 Dedy praline cutter (available in the UK through Keylink)

KeyChoc will install and set up all machines and provide back-up service and support throughout the agreement including a 24-hour repair/replacement service for each item of machinery provided.

Robert Harrison, business development manager at Barry Callebaut, comments, “Every few years we review our equipment suppliers to ensure that our academies are up to date. We were interested in the range of Keylink machines for our UK academy because it is a British company with British made products and machines that are supported with high levels of after-sales service.”
