Great places to work

Great Place to Work has ranked Mars Incorporated 22nd on a list of 25 of the world’s best multinational workplaces. The ranking is part of an annual study of workplace excellent, identifying the world’s best multinationals in terms of workplace culture.

Mars made the list due to its internal training and development programmes and was also recognised for its high percentage of women in management positions, which currently stands at 40 percent globally.

“Earning a place among this year’s World’s Best Multinational Workplaces is a great achievement,” says China Gorman, CEO of Great Place to Work. “These organisations are creating a consistent, high-trust culture around the world. This is good for their employees, for their business prospects and for our global society.”
