Susca president at ICA
The Ice Cream Alliance, the trade association for the UK’s ice cream industry, has appointed Angelo Susca as President. Susca has more than 45 years experience in the ice cream industry. He is the owner of the TAS Group, a consultancy and supplier of ice cream products and ingredients. ”The ice cream sector has faced a number of challenges in recent years particularly from rising commodity prices. Fortunately, it is made up of incredibly resilient and resourceful people and they have weathered the economic storm,” Susca says. “The outlook for 2014 is much more optimistic and I am looking forward to using my experience and knowledge to help our members to build and maintain high quality and successful businesses.”
